ALAIN PANHARD

MEMBER OF THE BOARD and PARTNER & CHAIRMAN OF PANHARD INTERNATIONAL 

After a Master’s in Business Law (Paris II) and a postgraduate course in Management from IAE Paris I, he joined the Auguste Thouard Group (currently BNP Paribas Real Estate), becoming a partner and a member of the board. 

He founded Étoile Développement in France in 1995, the company that would later become Panhard Groupe. The enterprise initially focused on the development of logistics platforms and later expanded its activities to investments, asset management and residential projects.

After having sold his majority stake in Groupe Panhard in march 2020, he currently invests in real estate assets in Luxemburg and in Portugal through Panhard International (family holding) and continues to lead Operations at Panhard Groupe. 

STEPHANE CHAUVEL

MEMBER OF THE BOARD and PARTNER

 

Graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance and a Master in Corporate Finance from Wayne State University.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, mainly in Europe and in Asia, he has extensive professional experience.

While heading the Real Estate area at UBS Bank, he established a team that managed assets worth approximately 2.5bn CHF.

He was also responsible for the Real Estate area at Credit Suisse, where he was involved in numerous business initiatives including Asset Acquisition, Mortgage Origination and Fundraising. At Société Générale, where he headed Real Estate for Asia, he was mainly focused on acquiring distressed assets in Japan.

Stéphane is currently founder and partner of Greenstone, a private equity firm investing in commercial property in Poland.

 

FRANCISCO CARMONA

CEO 

With an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and two postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Real Estate Valuations and Management, he started his career in 2003 at M.S.F. – Moniz da Maia Serra & Fortunato. After working at several leading companies in the construction sector, where he consolidated his knowledge in the field of construction and real estate rehabilitation, he joined the Real Estate area at Caixa Geral de Depósitos as 

Real Estate Project Manager and Investment Analyst, focusing on financing real estate development. He developed asset management strategies, as well as strategies to optimize assets managed by the bank. 

Between 2017 and 2019 he was part of BWA Group as head of sales for Construction and Real Estate Investment. In 2019 he joined Via Célere as Country Manager for Portugal, where he developed and promoted several residential real estate projects in Lisbon and Oporto until 2022. 

During his 19-year career, he managed dozens of real estate projects from different perspectives: design, construction, project management, financial analyst and promoter.

 

JOSÉ TORRES

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 

 

With a degree in Civil Engineering in the area of Construction Management from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, an MBA from Fernando Pessoa University, a Post-Graduation in Sustainable Construction and Rehabilitation from Minho University and a Post-Graduation in Real Estate Management from Porto Business School.

He started his activity in 2001 in Enescoord as Project Manager and Construction Supervisor and in 2005 he moved to Spain performing the same functions in Construcciones y Obras Cicasa, in Santiago de Compostela.

In 2008, back in Portugal, José joins the SOPSEC team as Supervision Coordinator and in 2014 he embraces a new challenge in Angola, Luanda, in Solum Transportes e Obras and in the Cripta company as Director of the engineering department.

Throughout his career, which includes other companies in the sector such as Mercan Properties and having participated in the development of several Hotel projects, he had the opportunity to consolidate his skills in Construction, Rehabilitation, Sustainable Construction, Management and Project Development.

CATARINA PITA

MARKETING MANAGER 

Left Madeira to find academic success by joining Hospitality and Marketing. She has a degree in Hotel Management and Direction from ESHTE - Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, complemented by a post-graduation in Marketing Management from ISEG Executive Education.

Catarina took her first professional steps during her degree, with 4 internships in the hotel world in countries such as Mexico, Spain and Brazil. After graduating, she began to build the pillars of a dynamic and enriching career at Grupo Vila Galé. Always growing in functions and responsibilities, from Reservation Agent to Marketing Coordinator, she has built up nearly 14 years of challenges overcome and relevant achievements in the area.

Before joining the ALMA Development team she worked as Marketing Manager at Grupo SANA.

INÊS PEDRO

OFFICE MANAGER

With a degree in Tourism from ESHTE - Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, she began her career as a receptionist at Vila Galé Hotéis.

In 2015, she joins the team of the Intercontinental Estoril Hotel where she developed her career, performing functions from Front Office Agent to Housekeeping Manager. 

In 2019 Inês accepts a new challenge at Sheraton Lisboa Hotel&SPA, as Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

After a period at Smart Consulting where she worked as HR & Office Assistant, she is currently Office Manager at ALMA Development.
