Past, present And future
The architecture of the ESSENCE building has in its genesis characteristics that keep the traditions of Porto alive, which are the soul of this development.
The building’s concrete façade is a reflection of the old retaining walls that existed on the site, and is supported by wooden elements that convey visual comfort by blending in with the concrete.
The architectural composition is supported by a set of prefabricated exterior pillars with an irregular geometry, maintaining an iconic rhythm and allowing light to invade the spaces through the glazed areas.
A project where the past, present and future blend together, elevating the concept of living or investing in a constantly evolving neighborhood.
