Her professional career has been developed in the Information Technology sector, but she has also worked in the Civil Aviation, Hotel and Publishing market sectors, where she held HR and Office and Administrative Management positions. She co-authored the publication "Remote Work and the Worker Experience - From strategy to the management of people, processes and work", a technical book in the HR area for university students and HR professionals. Passionate about the complexity of the human being, she is interested in labor relations and dynamics and the structural management of companies.
