She began her professional career in 2015 in the public sector, in the social housing division of Gondomar City Council, participating in the maintenance and revitalization processes of the municipality's housing stock.
He moved to the private sector in 2017, gaining experience in the purchasing department of construction companies in Paris, France, and Porto, Portugal.

Maria Alves
Before joining the ALMA Development team, she spent the last 5 years at SOPSEC, coordinating and supervising short-term works in the retail sector and long-term works in the residential and hotel sectors.
Maria holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Porto and recently completed a postgraduate programme in Real Estate Management at Porto Business School.
She is a senior member of the Portuguese Society of Chartered Engineers.
