In the following framework, PANARCOLE provides the framework on the following definitions:

For other purposes, namely processing wages, contracting insurance, paying union dues and complying with other legal obligations, identification data may be processed, as well as data relating to the identification of the employee's household, data relating to remuneration , as well as health data, whenever this is necessary to comply with legal obligations that fall on PANARCOLE.
