A clear vision of the future

In 2025, ALMA Development reinforced what is at the heart of its work: itscommitment to its clients, partners and other stakeholders. It was a year of consistent work on the ground, responsible decisions and rigorous execution, always with the aim of delivering reliable, well thought-out and long-lasting projects.

In Porto, the ESSENCE made solid progress throughout the year and is approaching its delivery phase.

In Oeiras, the Caxias Heights has definitively left the project phase to become a visible work, reflecting a clear vision of family housing, comfort and quality.

In Vila Nova de Gaia, the completion of the Jardim dos Moinhos marked an essential step towards structured, sustainable and well-integrated development.

At the same time, 2025 was a year of internal reinforcement. We invested in the team, the processes and the organization, aware that the seriousness of a promoter is also measured by its ability to deliver, communicate clearly and take responsibility throughout the project cycle.

It will be the year in which ESSENCE begins to be handed over to its clients, materializing in homes, investments and life projects. At Caxias Heights, the opening of the Andar Modelo (Model Floor), scheduled for the summer, will allow us to get to know the development in a close and concrete way. Jardim dos Moinhos will also enter a new phase, with the launch of sales scheduled for 2026.”
