Carlos Morgado is the new Executive Director of ALMA Development

ALMA Development, a renowned company in the development of real estate projects, announces the appointment of Carlos Morgado as its new Executive Director.

Carlos Morgado has a wealth of professional experience, with more than 20 years’ experience in various sectors, notably as a university lecturer, but also in important companies, including Casais, Nexity, Garcia Garcia and the Nelson Group.

Throughout his career, Carlos Morgado has participated in the development of businesses and projects in Portugal and abroad, namely in Belgium, Mozambique, Angola and Brazil, demonstrating his leadership skills, strategic vision and commitment to excellence.

The new Executive Director of ALMA Development has a relevant academic background, namely a degree in Philosophy and Management from the Portuguese Catholic University, but also several postgraduate degrees, including Accounting, Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Minho, University of Coimbra, University of Porto and Euronext.

In this new challenge, Carlos Morgado will lead ALMA Development in its next phase of growth, focusing on the expansion and diversification of the company’s real estate projects in Portugal.
