Construction starts on ESSENCE “New Tradition”
ALMA Development, one of Portugal’s leading real estate promotion and development companies, has announced the start of work on ESSENCE, a landmark development that will revitalize the eastern part of the city of Porto.
With a total investment of more than 30 million euros, ESSENCE contemplates the construction of 84 apartments ranging from T0 to T4 with rooftop.

The company MAP Engenharia was chosen to carry out the work, which will begin in blocks C and D and approximately a month later in Blocks A and B.
