Essence development begins sales phase
On January 25, ALMA Development, one of Portugal’s leading real estate development companies, began selling its latest real estate project, ESSENCE – New Tradition, located in Antas, Porto, and scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The concrete that makes up the façade is a reflection of the old retaining walls that existed on the site, and is supported by wooden elements that convey visual comfort by blending in with the concrete.
